Birria Ramen
Birria meets Ramen. A new and interesting way to combine two cultures that surprisingly go well with each other
Ingredients
•1 packet of your choice of instant noodles
•My Birria recipe
•Toppings of your choosing. I did limes, green onions, white onions, soft boiled egg, reddish, and black sesame seeds
Directions
🍜Bring a small pot of water to a boil, place an egg 🥚 in it and cook for 6.5 minutes.
🍜After 6ish minutes place the egg in cold water and carefully peel. Cut in half for a perfectly gooey egg
🍜Boil your instant noodles till ready. Drain then aside a side
🍜prep your toppings
🍜Heat up your Birria consumé
🍜Grab a bowl place and your cooked noodles in it and then pour over the consumé
🍜Arrange your toppings nicely and enjoy
